1. What Vidmonto provides

Vidmonto turns a text idea, uploaded images, or source video clips into finished AI videos with model selection, visual controls, generation progress, preview, and download.

You can submit text prompts, upload images, or upload source video clips. Vidmonto may use third-party AI model providers and media-processing services to generate clips, assemble an edit, mix audio, render captions, provide a preview, and create downloadable output.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Google OAuth login is supported where available.

3. Credits, quotas, and plan rules

• Free plan: 300 one-time welcome credits, no credit card required and no daily reset. Any unused welcome balance is preserved on the first paid upgrade.
• Lite plan: USD $10 per month for 1,000 monthly credits, with paid commercial use included for eligible outputs.
• Pro plan: USD $29 per month for 3,000 monthly credits, up to 120s output, and access to the full Agent workflow.
• Studio plan: USD $69 per month for 7,000 monthly credits, up to 120s output, plus selected unlimited edit workflows where available.
• Credits are Vidmonto usage units. Text to Video and Image to Video consume credits based on workflow, model, duration, and resolution. Video Edit uses a lower fixed credit schedule. Platform-side failed generations are returned as described below and in the Refund Policy.
• Paid monthly credits reset at the end of the applicable billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless Vidmonto explicitly states otherwise in writing.

4. Paid checkout and billing

Paid checkout is available for eligible Lite, Pro, and Studio subscriptions through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout, and applicable taxes and currency conversion are calculated or displayed there. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can manage billing and schedule cancellation through the billing portal.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal. Unless you choose immediate cancellation or the Refund Policy says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access remains available until that period ends. Immediate cancellation may end access and revoke remaining subscription credits.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of Vidmonto is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include illegal activity, intellectual-property infringement, adult or NSFW content, any sexualized or exploitative content involving minors, non-consensual deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, hate, harassment, and platform abuse.

7. AI-generated content responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, voice samples, images, video clips, and other materials you submit, and for how you use generated output. AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, delayed, unavailable, or visually imperfect. You must review outputs before publishing and ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for your use case.

8. Service availability and failed generations

Vidmonto may be unavailable because of maintenance, rate limits, queue backlogs, third-party model outages, file-processing failures, or other operational issues. If a generation fails because of a platform-side issue after retries, Vidmonto returns the consumed credit where technically possible. Requests blocked because of policy violations, invalid inputs, or abuse are not credit-return eligible.

9. Suspension and termination

We may refuse generation, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when we believe a user has violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, payment rules, law, or the rights of another person or organization.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email, in-app notice, or an update to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Annual subscriptions and monthly credit allocations

• The full annual subscription fee is charged once at the start of each annual term.
• Annual-plan credits are delivered in 12 monthly allocations; the full-year credit total is not granted upfront.
• Unused credits expire at each monthly reset and do not roll over.
• A cancellation scheduled for the annual term end keeps monthly allocations active through the paid term.
• A refund, immediate cancellation, expiration, failed subscription, or payment dispute stops future allocations and may revoke unused paid credits.
