Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy defines content and behavior that are not allowed on Vidmonto. It applies to prompts, uploaded images, uploaded video clips, audio and voice samples, generated outputs, downloads, account behavior, and use of the Service.
1. Illegal activity
You may not use Vidmonto to create, upload, request, distribute, or assist content involving:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation for deception, or financial crime.
- Illegal goods, illegal services, controlled substances, or evasion of law enforcement.
- Violence, terrorism, extremist recruitment, or instructions for physical harm.
- Cyber abuse, malware, credential theft, DDoS, or vulnerability exploitation.
2. Adult, NSFW, and sexual content
Vidmonto does not allow explicit sexual content, nudity, fetish content, pornography, or other NSFW generation. This applies to real people, fictional characters, AI-generated people, and stylized media.
3. Minors
Any content that sexualizes, exploits, grooms, abuses, endangers, or depicts minors in a sexual or abusive context is strictly prohibited. Confirmed violations may result in immediate termination and reports to appropriate authorities.
4. Non-consensual deepfakes, likeness, and voice misuse
- Do not depict or imitate a real identifiable person without permission.
- Do not create misleading celebrity, public-figure, or private-person impersonations.
- Do not upload or clone a person's voice without consent.
- Do not create content intended to harass, shame, extort, or deceive someone.
5. Intellectual property
You may not use Vidmonto to infringe or misappropriate rights, including:
- Copyrighted videos, images, music, characters, scripts, or datasets you do not have rights to use.
- Trademarks, logos, brand assets, product designs, or trade dress used without permission.
- Outputs intended to pass as another creator's protected work or brand identity.
6. Misleading or harmful professional content
Do not generate content that misleads viewers about elections, voting, public safety, medical advice, financial advice, legal rights, identity, or evidence. AI-generated content must not be used to fabricate proof, defame people, or conceal material facts.
7. Moderation and review
Vidmonto may review prompts, uploads, metadata, outputs, and account activity using automated systems, third-party moderation tools, payment-provider required moderation, and human review. We may block generation, remove content, disable downloads, or require more information before allowing a request.
8. Enforcement
Violations may result in one or more of the following:
- Refusal to process a request or upload.
- Deletion or disabling of generated content.
- Loss of credits for policy-violating requests.
- Temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
- Refund denial where the violation caused the issue.
- Reports to law enforcement or rights holders when required or appropriate.
9. User responsibility
You are responsible for your inputs, uploaded materials, generated outputs, and downstream use. You must obtain necessary rights, consents, licenses, and disclosures before uploading material or publishing output.
10. Reporting and appeals
To report abuse, IP infringement, non-consensual likeness use, or a moderation mistake, email support@vidmonto.com. Include URLs, screenshots, generation IDs, account email, and a clear description of the issue. You can also use the Contact page.
