What is a credit?
Credits are Vidmonto's usage unit. Text to Video and Image to Video consume credits based on model, duration, and resolution. Video Edit uses a lower fixed credit schedule because it edits uploaded footage instead of generating every shot from scratch.
How many credits does Video Edit use?
Current Video Edit targets use fixed credits: 15s = 80, 30s = 120, 60s = 220, 90s = 320, and 120s = 420 credits.
Do paid plans include commercial use?
Yes. Lite, Pro, and Studio outputs may be used commercially, provided you have the necessary rights to uploaded footage, images, brands, people, music, and other source materials.
Do unused credits roll over?
Paid monthly credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Free users receive 300 one-time welcome credits; any unused welcome balance is preserved on the first paid upgrade.
How do failed generations and refunds work?
Platform-side failed generations are returned as credits. Policy-violating requests and user-cancelled work after provider dispatch may not be refundable. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Read more.
What content is prohibited?
Illegal, adult/NSFW, minor sexualization, non-consensual deepfakes, IP infringement, hateful, fraudulent, and other harmful uses are not allowed. Read more.

How do annual-plan credits work?
The annual fee is charged once, but credits are delivered in 12 monthly allocations—not all at once. Each allocation expires at the next monthly reset and unused credits do not roll over.
