Frequently asked questions
Can I pay today?
No. Paid checkout is not live yet. Pro and Team buttons add you to the waitlist only, so you will not be charged until Vidmonto opens reviewed, production checkout.
What is a credit?
One credit equals one successfully completed video generation. Platform-side failed generations are returned; requests blocked for policy violations are not returned.
Can I cancel anytime after paid plans launch?
Yes. Future paid subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and will remain usable until the end of the current billing period unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits reset on the first day of each calendar month in UTC, and unused credits do not roll over.

What content is prohibited?
Illegal, adult/NSFW, minor sexualization, non-consensual deepfakes, IP infringement, hateful, fraudulent, and other harmful uses are not allowed. Read more.
